<p>The book written by Bill Phillips known as “Body for Life” is a guide for an exercise and nutrition program and lets out the secrets for getting into shape and getting the healthy muscle. </p>
<p>This is book ranks in the hundred best fitness guide books of the world. Phillips was an inspired man whose endeavour was to make a program to reach the masses. </p>
<p>He has only recently launched another guide for fitness conscious people called Eating for Life. The main focus of this book is nutrition and diet habits. There are a number of recipes in this book as well.<br />
Eating for Life has a link with eDiets and now everything can be accessed online as well. You can go through online packages for weight loss.<br />
The basics:<br />
According to the program, you are supposed to have six small meals in one day and for 6 days a week. The size of these meals has to be small like the palm of your hand.<br />
This helps accelerate the body’s metabolism which helps in losing weight. The 7th day is a day off. The plan has to be adhered to very strictly for effective results. </p>
<p>The exercise part of the plan has aerobic exercises three days in a week for a period of 45 minutes each. This must be alternated with weight lifting thrice a week again for three quarters of an hour. </p>
<p>Are the effects permanent?<br />
The “before and after pictures” have a story to tell of their own. However, it requires great discipline to be incorporated into your lifestyle to lose substantial amounts of weight and to maintain it. You have to be motivated enough; there isn’t another way out. </p>

The program is an ideal one because not only is it very solid and scientifically consistent, but also leads to weight loss along with a host of other health benefits. </p>
<p>Say you are not overweight, you can still use this program and for overweight people, the results can be drastic, in a safe way. The program is designed with hormonal fluctuations and other bodily changes in mind.<br />
Following this plan can get a tad difficult and supplements are a suggested from the author. One can incorporate protein shakes, etc., into their diets. They are a convenient and a good option. </p>

<p> by James Lunden<br />Ayurveda Healing techniques are engineered around the basic principle that every living person has within them the ability to live a long healthy and fruitful life that is free from disease and abnormality. </p>
<p>Truly, the human body has developed a formidable system of defending itself against illness, but we too often put ourselves in situations where the natural balance of our bodies is compromised, thus lowering our natural defenses. </p>
<p>Ayurveda is one of the most ancient systems of medicine known to man, but its purposes go much deeper than just maintaining the health of our bodies. It teaches its practitioners that good health is a delicate balance of strength between physical body, the mind, and the spirit, as well as how each of these things interacts with the energies of the earth. </p>
<p>Everything that happens to one will naturally affect all of the others, and this is the reason why the balance must be maintained through a system of healthy living. Although the relationship between these fundamental energies is similar between individual people, Ayurveda healing can only be successful if both the patient and the practitioner enter into the therapy process with the understanding that every individual treatment will be unique, just as the mind of each person is unique.</p>
<p>The treatment has just as much to do with actual therapy as it does with changing the state of mind that you live with, and the way that you experience the world. </p>
<p>Students of the system of Ayurveda healing go on to live a life of heightened vitality once they gain a more true and thorough understanding of what it means to be in balance with oneself. You go forth to live in a state of command over your own existence. Rather than merely being a part of the world you&#8217;re born into, you feel a new sense of empowerment, and a renewed feeling that you are in control of your world and everything in it.</p>
<p>Ayuveda healing can teach us things that have a lot in common with much of what we know about the nature of causality. Too many people suffer with conditions in life without ever understanding the true cause behind them. </p>
<p>This system of medicine seeks to promote an understanding of how the body works, rather than simply offering a treatment for symptoms that may never actually go away.  </p>
<p>Most people are born into the world relatively healthy, and stay that way right up until the point when they begin to make life decisions that alter their bodies ability to remain strong. By looking inward, we can analyze the choices that we have made that lead to the state that our lives are currently in, so that we can do more to change ourselves for the good. </p>
<p>It has just as much to do with therapy as it does about empowerment and self-improvement. With time, it will become a lot easier to see Ayurveda as a way of thinking they should be lived every single day, rather than just being called upon whenever you happen to need it.<br />
