Bill Philips a well known writer wrote a book called Body for life which concentrates on dieting and fitness programs. The book is about losing weight without giving up.

The book is so famous that it is among the top 100 in several countries. He also came up with another book known as Eating for Life which mainly focuses on nutrition. The second book also has a guidance section which is very useful for first time weight loss goals. It also has a lot of healthy recipes.

The basic idea of Body for Life
