Bill Phillips transformation challenge

In our world, health and fitness are two very sensitive topics and looking at the diet the teenagers are following these days makes you think whether there is anything healthy to eat at all?

There are many people who want to lose weight and also join a gym or get a personal fitness trainer but always lose the confidence and momentum along the way. Here is a simple solution by Bill Phillips in which he suggest that since everyone in world wants to change something then they should be the change.

The Transformation challenge by Bill Phillips challenges all the participants to be vigilant with themselves.

Bill also says that it is never about the challenge and its type but it is always about what the participant wants to achieve from the challenge.

To take up this challenge another fitness trainer proved Bill right as she undertook the responsibility of designing a challenge and analyzing the things that are required to complete a change.

Her name is Alison and she created the “Hot Mommy Next Door” Challenge where moms from the neighborhood took up this task and lost at least 100 pounds in 12 weeks.

She also commented that she dream’t of changing the world and today has received the label of one of the best motivators in US. She thanks the people who have taken up this 12 week routine because it’s their commitment to the program and to themselves that has made all this possible.

Even Bill Phillips has similar views on all his fitness books. He was honored that the authors (fitness enthusiasts) contributed to this project in some way or the other, and we can see the change happening right in front of us.

There are three simple steps to be the change and effect change to all around you:

• Commitment: You have to commit yourself to bring about the change. Devise a plan that can change the world the way you want it.

• Observe: Take a look around and observe the things that require a change and try thinking about the outcome if action is taken.

• Choose: Think and analyze before making a choice. This is very important because the way you might bring about a change might influence thousands of other to do the same; you are an example for them so choose wisely.
